Chief Justice Alexandro C. Castro Swears In Oleai Elementary School’s Student Council Officers

Saipan, CNMI Oleai Elementary School, home of the Turtles, proudly held its Student Council Inauguration for School Year 2025–2026 on October 6, 2025. The ceremony celebrated the induction of five newly elected Student Council officers, who were officially sworn in by Chief Justice Alexandro C. Castro. This school year’s officers are: President Lucia Andres B. Bercilla, Vice President Hannah T. Neyoaraen, Secretary Kaleia Carmen T. Arriola, Sergeant-at-Arms Moana Kaya P. Rabauliman, and Public Information Officer Daisy Dell M. Lizama. In their oath, the newly elected STUCO officers, pledged to faithfully execute the duties in their roles of the Student Council to the best of their knowledge and ability. OES administration, teachers, staff, parents, guardians, and special guests were present in support of the students as they took on their new leadership roles.
