JOHN A. MANGLONA
Justice John A. Manglona has been a justice for over twenty years. Governor Pedro P. Tenorio initially appointed him in early 2000, and the CNMI Senate unanimously confirmed the appointment. Justice Manglona successfully underwent two retention elections to serve eight-year terms.

ALEXANDRO C. CASTRO
Chief Justice Alexandro C. Castro was appointed by Governor Benigno R. Fitial on September 13, 2012, and became the fourth Chief Justice of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands upon his confirmation by the Senate on October 11, 2012

ROBERTO C. NARAJA
Associate Justice Roberto Camacho Naraja was born on Saipan on July 17, 1955. He graduated from George Washington Senior High School on Guam in 1975. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Lutheran College in Thousand Oaks, California, in 1979, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, in 1982.
