U.S. Probation Office Conducts Workshop on MILO Range Shooting Simulator

Saipan, CNMIOn June 12, 2026, the U.S. Probation Office conducted the “4th Annual Shooting Competition Workshop” featuring hands-on training with its advanced MILO Range shooting simulator. Held at the Guma’ Hustisia and coordinated by the NMI Judiciary Office of Adult Probation Supervision, the workshop was led by U.S. Probation Officers Gregory Arriola, Ricardo Leon Guerrero, and Timothy Rabago.

The workshop incorporated the use of the state-of-the-art MILO Range, allowing participants to engage in highly realistic, simulated scenarios. These interactive sessions provided valuable insight into the split-second decisions and critical situations law enforcement officers may encounter both in the field and in a courtroom setting.

A key focus of the training was on de-escalation techniques and decision-making under pressure. The workshop emphasized the importance of continuous training and skill development to ensure the safe, effective, and responsible use of firearms.

The event was attended by NMI Judiciary law enforcement officers, as well as Judiciary civilian employees.
