eRecording System Currently Down

The Commonwealth Recorder’s Office is experiencing technical difficulties with its eRecording system. We are actively working to resolve the issue and look to provide a resolution within the next 48 hours or sooner. 

While eRecording services are unavailable, limited in-person services are available, including photocopies (Landshark) of documents on file at the Commonwealth Recorder’s Office, located at Guma’ Hustisia in Susupe. Services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., excluding holidays. 

We understand the importance of this service to you and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to restoring full functionality as quickly as possible and we will update you with the latest information as we receive it.
