eRecording Submissions Temporarily Unavailable
The Commonwealth Recorder's Office is currently experiencing a technical issue affecting the processing and collection of recording fees through the eRecording platform. As a result, documents submitted for recording through the eRecording system cannot be accepted at this time and will be rejected until the issue is resolved.
eResearch services and online purchases of copies remain available and are not affected by this issue.
To ensure timely processing, manual recording submissions will be accepted at the Commonwealth Recorder's Office, located at the Guma' Hustisia in Susupe. Services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
We are actively working to restore full eRecording functionality within the next 48 hours or so and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
