Congratulations to Brandon H. Delos Reyes, who officially took the oath of office on August 28, 2025, as the Judicial Assistant to Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo. His appointment marks a historic milestone, as he becomes the first male Judicial Assistant in the Judiciary’s history.

In his new role, Brandon will play a vital part in supporting the daily operations of Judge Govendo’s chambers and courtroom. His responsibilities include:
Coordinating the judge’s schedule and court hearings
Preparing and organizing case documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Serving as primary contact between the judge and attorneys, court staff, and the public
Providing essential administrative support for overall efficiency and professionalism

Reflecting on his appointment, Brandon shared:
“I am honored for the trust Judge Govendo continuously places in me. Having served as his Deputy Clerk for almost two years, it gave me a strong sense of how he operates in the courtroom and allowed me to gain valuable knowledge of courtroom procedures and daily operations.”
