The NMI Judiciary, Guam Judiciary and the U.S. District Court will hold concurrent Law Week Proclamation signing ceremonies at five venues — Guam Supreme Court, Guma’ Hustisia, U.S. District Court, Kotten Tinian and Rota Centron Hustisia. The ceremonies will be on live simulcast, with justices, judges, Governor Arnold I. Palacios, Governor Lourdes A. Leon Guerrero, mayors and other local government leaders in attendance at the venues.
