IN RE CLOSURE OF JUDICIARY FACILITIES DUE TO TYPHOON MAWAR
SUPREME COURT NO. 2023-ADM-0012-MSC
As of 1:00 p.m. on May 22, 2023, Typhoon Condition II has been declared for Rota and Tropical Storm Condition II for Saipan and Tinian in response to Typhoon Mawar. Accordingly,
the Court ORDERS that the following Judiciary facilities shall be closed to the public on May 23, 2023 and May 24, 2023:

Guma’ Hustisia, Susupe, Saipan;
Kotten Tinian, San Jose, Tinian; -
Centron Hustisia, Sinapalo, Rota; and
-
Commonwealth Recorder’s Office alternate site at Marianas Business Plaza, Susupe, Saipan.
