The Judiciary has a number of policies in compliance with various federal laws including: the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, regulations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Uniformed Services and Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, and a number of retaliation and whistleblower laws.
