Matthew J. Brown, Esq.

Mr. Brown was a staff attorney with the CNMI Law Revision Commission, and a law clerk for the Honorable Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja. During law school, he interned at the Department of the Interior’s Office of Environmental Policy & Compliance, as well as the Trust for Public Land.
Mr. Brown received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his undergraduate degree from Sonoma State University. Mr. Brown is originally from San Francisco, California, and joined the California Bar in 2017.
